Who are we?
The Pilates School of WA principals, Erit Livshitz and Phil David deliver their unique programme in beautifully presented studios with a dynamic team of professionally trained instructors, delivering the highest standard of Pilates tuition available.

Our method offers excellent results in improving flexibility and muscle tone without the effects of bulking.

Our Inglewood studio offers reformer classes – first of its kind in WA. Ten reformers in a class where participants enjoy an exhilarating repertoire of exercises for a full body workout.

Our programme maintains the integrity and essence of Joseph pilates original work but we have adapted the programme to our modern day environments and bodies. Our programme has been designed to appeal to those who want to ensure back, neck and joint safety while excising in an athletic manner.

Since regular attendance is recommended we have membership and casual class options available upon completion of your beginners course. This enables you to attend a range of varied classes from reformer , Cardio Fit-ball, body conditioning to stretch and tone and more. Bringing you affordable classes by a dedicated and specialised Pilates School.

Joseph Pilates said after 10 sessions you will feel the difference, after 20 sessions you will see the difference and after 30 sessions others will see the difference.
