Qi latesâ„¢ is mindfulness group fitness class and is a sequence of exercise and moving meditations done to music that has evolved from the principles and practices of Qigong and Pilates. When practiced, these principles are used to maximise energy on an emotional, physical and psychological level. Ongoing practice of these movements create conscious awareness of a set of intuitive principles that guide you through life.
