This class helps you reshape, rejuvenate and revitalize all at once
Enjoy the benefits of attaining physical, mental and spiritual health without contorting your body into difficult postures or forcing yourself to sit still for 20 minutes while you empty your mind in order to gain the benefits of meditation.

The low impact aerobic component based on martial arts improves stamina and endurance as well as bone density, while building internal strength and courage at the same time. Joint flexibility and lower back dysfunction is aided through the stretching and strengthening element of the program and we have seen amazing results in very short periods of time.
